Summary of Duties/Work Performed

Set up the Oyster display, set up station with cleaning supplies and
necessary condiments, check charbroiled pans, focus on customer service, after lunch
restock station, make sure all surfaces are clean including sink, clean plates are
restocked & ready for night shift, identify food levels for evening service, meet with
closer to address needs for the evening & the needs for opening the next day.

Location: 30970 Russell Ranch Rd in Westlake Village, CA

Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds; must work with a sense of
urgency; must have a positive attitude; able to work well under pressure; able to
effectively problem solve; able to meet deadlines; able to analyze information.
