Summary of Duties/Work Performed

Receive inventory, organize and clean kitchen, wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce, execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas, and whisks. Cook food over hot open flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner. Maintain work area in clean and safe way

Able to speak the primary language of the kitchen. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds; must work with a sense of urgency; must have a positive attitude; able to work well under pressure; able to effectively problem solve; able to meet deadlines; able to analyze information.
